Engineered wood flooring as constructual strength board - the floor can be fitted directly to the timber joists. 4mm top oak veneer on 11mm high quality birch plywood make this floor much better than widely available engineered flooring in UK. We supply the boards as presanded smooth with bevelled edges (to seal after installation - no sanding required). We can also make it to your desire with square edge or oil finish.
