F. Ball STOPGAP F77 is a high-performance, two-part epoxy waterproof surface membrane for controlling residual construction moisture and rising damp in concrete and cement screeds. Applied in a single coat, it can isolate moisture readings up to 98% RH and is suitable for underfloor heating screeds up to 90% RH. Rapid curing and solvent-free, it is ideal for fast-track residential and commercial flooring installations.
