For Concrete Screeds

Water- and solvent-free silane-based compound designed for priming and sealing residual moisture in substrates. It strengthens weak subfloor surfaces up to a specified level, enhancing durability and stability. Features a medium drying time of 4–6 hours. Coverage rates are approximately 16 sqm for two coats as a damp-proof membrane (DPM) and 32–53 sqm for one coat as a primer. Ideal for professional flooring preparations requiring moisture control and surface reinforcement.
