Additionally, we encourage you to request a sample before placing your order, so you can see and feel the product firsthand.

If you change your mind after ordering, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return your order and claim a full refund, following these terms:

• We accept returns for up to 30 days from delivery date of the goods.
• Full orders can be returned if undamaged, unopened, and in resalable condition.
• You're responsible for delivery and return costs.
• Return exclusions apply to commercial/B2B orders and 'made to order' products.
• We accept returns of full orders, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of part orders i.e. if you have a couple of packs of flooring left over.
